How much storage space is available?

Hub users who pay monthly for a desk at the Hub are given access to a small lockable cupboard.

What are the opening hours?

The Hub is open Monday-Friday, 9am- 6pm. Where access is required outside of these times, please enquire with our Reception Staff.

Are there meeting rooms available?

Yes, there are two small meeting rooms, one board room and one training suite available to book. The use of meeting rooms are free of charge to users that pay monthly. Use of meeting rooms and the training suite are subject to availability.

How do I arrange catering for my meeting?

Our Reception Staff can arrange tea and coffee for you and also have access to local catering providers. The costs of catering will need to be settled direct with suppliers.

How much does desk space cost?

What kitchen facilities are available?

The Hub has a fully equipped kitchen that users can access to make tea and coffee and prepare basic meals. There is a separate seating area for eating and drinking.

Is access to a landline telephone included?

We can provide access to a landline. Please request this when you book your desk space.

How do I access the internet?

The Hub can provide WiFi internet access for users and visitors to the Hub.

Do I need to sign a contract? How long for?

Anyone who signs up to pay monthly to work at the Hub will be asked to sign up for a set period of time. This is usually 12 months, with a 3 month break clause. After that, users can cancel with one month’s notice, and no penalty to pay.

Is there anything extra I’d have to pay for on top?

Yes, some of our services are optional extras on top of the regular monthly fee. For instance, access to a mailbox costs extra, and you’d need to pay (competitive) rates to send outgoing mail from our post room. Printing and photocopying costs 4p per A4 sheet.

Can I have my post delivered to the Hub?

Yes, the Hub can be used as a postal address for an organisation that regularly uses our desk space. Please enquire when you contact us.
